A transportation decline form is required for every school event (ie. sports games or tournaments) that parents wish for their child to NOT ride on school provided transportation. This includes riding with either parent/guardian or family member (grandma, uncle, etc), who are not BRSD approved drivers. Please provide this signed form each time you wish to decline transportation and provide it to the coach or supervisor prior to departure to the event.
If you are permitting your child to drive themselves, this form needs to be submitted to the office prior to the event. This means for Saturday events, decline forms need to be submitted on the previous school day.
